Overview:
As a Welding Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled welders, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency in every project. This position offers a rewarding career path for the right candidate. You will have access to overtime opportunities.

Pay: $35-40/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of up to 10 or more welders in the welding department
• Oversee project scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation for both roofing and enclosure projects
• Collaborate with the supervisory team, including the plant manager, to ensure seamless job production
• Leverage your extensive welding knowledge to provide guidance and mentorship to the team
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the welding processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fabrication or welding industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of welding techniques, processes, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to promoting a safe and compliant work environment
