In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, assisting them throughout the relocation process and ensuring their needs are met. Your contribution is essential to our daily functions, as you play a key role in client satisfaction, sales growth, and effective team support.

Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the moving process in Sterling, VA, US
•Manage all customer communications starting from the sale transaction
•Handle incoming phone calls and support customers with their scheduled projects
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM text messages
•Clearly set expectations for customers and identify ways to improve their moving experience
•Provide on-the-day support and act as a liaison for customers
•Resolve and de-escalate any customer service issues that may arise
•Acquire knowledge of the moving industry to confidently handle local, interstate, intrastate, and storage moves
•Familiarize yourself with the services, materials, and additional charges provided by MG Moving, as well as items that are not transported
•Assist the sales team by resolving policy discrepancies to ensure project smoothness
•Coordinate with third-party vendors to effectively manage customer projects
•Inform customers about the claims process for damaged items

Qualifications

•5+ Years of experience as a relocation coordinator
•A High School diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this role
•Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively inform, assist, and advise customers
•The ability to collaborate with various vendors to ensure successful project coordination for customers is crucial
•Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing tasks efficiently
•Effective problem-solving skills are a must for resolving issues promptly and effectively
•Demonstrating confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy, especially in challenging situations, is important
•The capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with consistently high-quality outcomes is vital
•Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm, with an anticipated one shift per month is required
•Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test is mandatory
