ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER- CDC NON-CDL

**Essential Competencies of the Role (3 5 Primary Areas):**

1. Accurately deliver fresh foods to customer, on time and within delivery specifications. Provide excellent customer service
2. Keep products within proper HACCP guidelines at all times
3. Drive safely, data entry of accurate OBC (on board computer) delivery information and DOT logs
4. Good housekeeping practices including clean truck and keep all areas free of trash and dirt
5. Complete all safety related training, both monthly and quarterly online training.
**Required Qualifications:**
A. Must have a valid drivers license in the state in which you reside, must have Drivers License Class equal to or better to the trucks operated
B. Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card
C. Pass criminal background and MVR (No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
D. 21 years of age
E. Must be able to operate hand held tablet, cell phone, 2 wheel dolly, and electric pallet jack (where applicable)
F. Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English
**Preferred Qualification (if Applicable):**
A. 6 months previous driving experience
B. Previous customer service experience
C. Lift Gate experience
**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**
A. Ability to lift 75 lbs
B. Ability to push/pull 250 lbs
C. Ability to work in all weather conditions
D. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
