Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Peraton Team. The selected individual will serve as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Contractor, CO, and COR. In this role the Program Manager will lead a team of 150+ staff and provide oversight and support in these areas: IT Service Desk, End User Device Support, Global Network Management (WAN/LAN), Identity and Access Management, Data Center Infrastructure (server, virtualization, storage, backup, etc.), Workplace Services including M365 (email, SharePoint, Teams, Power suite), Application Web Development, and Project Management support. The individual selected for this position will support our customer onsite in Atlanta, GA.

What youll do:

• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Responsible for identifying on-contract growth opportunities to expand Peratons footprint and increase revenue.
• Manage one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
• Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives. Acts as a technical liaison with vendors. Trains and supervises personnel.
• Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
• Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
• Must have at least 12 years of experience managing contracts of similar scope and size.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ staff
• Experience with building high performance teams to meet and exceed service levels
• Should have knowledge of industry best practices as articulated by, but not limited to, the Project Management Institute (PMI), Lean IT, Agile practices, as well as DevSecOps.
• Must be certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification
• Must have experience in project management, budget, and forecasting toolsets.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with CDC highly desired
• Broad leadership in multiple disciplines including Service Desk, End User Support, WAN/LAN, Data Center Infrastructure, Workplace Services, Application Development.
• ITIL foundation certification preferred.
• Bachelors or Masters degree is a plus

Target Salary Range:
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
