Our client, a highly renowned acute care hospital near Monticello, FL, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospital Patient Experience Executive. This prestigious hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The Hospital Director of Patient Engagement will be at the forefront of enhancing patient and family experiences. This role will be pivotal in promoting a culture of patient- and family-centered care, working closely with executive and management teams to ensure service excellence. The Acute Care Engagement Director will oversee the Patient Experience Advocacy Program, ensuring seamless communication and support for patients and their families. The Patient Experience Director oversees the survey process, reports HCAHPS and other survey data, and acts as an improvement advisor for patient experience issues.
The Hospital Patient Experience Executive will report to the Executive Director of Clinical Engagement and will have the support of Patient Experience Specialists and Coordinators as well as the Manager of Patient Experience and Guest Services.
