We are recruiting experienced Head Chefs or Sous Chefs looking to progress into their first Head Chef role, from a branded background, for a number of clients in Bristol.
Candidate profile
* Experience of working in a premium branded, high-volume restaurant
* Inspirational kitchen management of large teams of up to 20 staff
* Someone who takes full ownership of their P&L to drive sales and maximise profit
* Attention to detail, a multi-tasker and organised
* Focused on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene at all times
* IT systems literate
* Confident in making decisions, taking initiative and problem solving
* An ambassador for the brand
