We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Freelance Recruiter to join our international team and help expand our business in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outreach to new clients (companies hiring) and sourcing candidates for their open jobs.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct outreach to new clients to introduce CareerBee's services and value proposition. 
• Actively source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
• Collaborate with the international team to share insights and strategies for business development.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement.

Who we are looking for:

• First experience in recruitment, preferably in the business and tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
• Motivated to do outreach and find new clients.
