Responsibilities for the Drain Technician:

• Respond promptly to service calls to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer line issues.
• Utilize drain cleaning equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and augers to clear blockages.
• Conduct sewer line inspections using cameras to identify the source of problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval before beginning work.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Drain Technician:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in drain cleaning.
• No license needed!
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and drain cleaning equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
